I go by SHANIA and I’m an 18 year old singer songwriter from London, who loves to turn situations I go through and things I observe into songs. I’ve been singing and songwriting since I was very young, but I started to take it seriously when I was 13. As I began singing at school and my friends helped me realise I could actually make something of myself through music. From that point on writing music and singing has been a form of expression for me.

20 year old singer/songwriter. I am an artist, inspired by soul and chilled vibes.
My name is Margs Mansaray, also known as 'Mansaray'. I am a singer/songwriter born and raised in South East London - Lewisham. I started putting pen to paper by writing poetry, songs and raps from the age of 10. From a young age I was very observant and a deep thinker, so I would tell stories through poetry and songs at the end of each day. When it comes to my music, I see it as an opportunity to display my passion for video editing and bringing my ideas to life. I released my first song during summer of 2018 called "Aurora" which means 'The Dawn'. I've now released my 2nd song on soundcloud, called "Amy Winehouse", which is heavily influenced by whom the song is titled after. In 2019 I hope to release my first E.P title 'London's Renaissance'. Keep a look out for me in 2019 !

My name is Rakiya Hasan I’m 18 years old and I class myself as a ‘multi creative’. In saying this, I mean that I love (and have tried) a lot of things such as singing, dance, acting, film making, photography and writing poetry I’m passionate about my craft and I know that it is something to be proud of. It took a while though, as I use to conceal my passion and shy away from it because of my identity. Being a hijabi limited me before as I thought I couldn’t express myself because I thought people would judge me etc. I’ve come to realisation that my intentions are what matter the most and I know the cause I want to push for I want to spread love and inspire other girls like me to do the same I will make noise for all the black hijabis out there and I will prosper (God willing). I have the ‘blessed curse’.
I’m Black, Muslim and female in a society full of racist islamaphobic misogynists. Music is something I have done all my life I’ve performed in front of small audiences and recently started to post my music again. My voice is what I want people to hear I don’t want to overdo it I enjoy some mystery and that’s why I love posting with just my voice. I’ve written plenty of songs some finished some just the chorus and I have tried loads of different styles. I do wish to actually get them recorded and produced in a studio too. I’m hopeful that this year I will remain positive and spread love through my craft!
I am Kalyli, a young artist in the making based in London with a passion for music and sharing my work. Ever since a young age I've been quite shy but music is where I feel most free to express myself. Inspired by icons like Amy Winehouse and Ella Fitzgerald, I have always been amazed by what you can do with just your voice and how many people it can impact.
